Link here August 10, 2003 FrostFire Pictures Announced today a new development design partnership reached on August 10, 2003 to work closely with developer Lawrence Fu for Sunshine Coast Holidays. FrostFire Pictures Completes preliminary design documents to assess the potential for Phase I of Gibsons Development. The new Development may include a strategic commercial segment situated along side the Sunshine Coast Golf Coarse, as well as a new residential component contained within several new large lots. Five Parcels subdivided into roughly 2.5 acre lots are expected later to be comprised of approximately 35 residential lots and a much larger commercial segment containing two creeks and park lands. Design Modeling and area calculations confirm the site is suitable for lots roughly 120' x 60' in configuration, a new area for seniors, meandering park lands, with a component artist work live studio housing. The plan includes new paved preliminary road areas, reclamation and lot subdivision. Plans also include a study to improve the approaches along the highway's line of site and property returned back to residential zoning formerly allotted for roadways. According to John D. Ebner, Director of FrostFire Pictures, " we are assisting in Phase I of the study suited to Gibson's current community objective, continuing on a conservative development strategy."
