FrostFire Pictures works to dissemenate updates to business community. Revised three page Proposal released received positively by local businesses. Goal is to establish 200 known operating facilities including Craig Darroch Castle as stake holders and vendors for the maps use. New Feedback and business climate allow for open talks between managers and owners on key issues pertaining to existing maps being distributed in Victoria. Competition and marketing of free ad space remains scarce while many buildings on outer lying areas are under utilized by tenancies.

FrostFire Pictures Selects Maya 5 from Alias as a new Toolset for design. Alias Resesarch and Maya represent a rich feature set adding a new element to assist in Production Quality datasets. City Survey Data to be incorporated in new illustration techniques currently under development.

FrostFire Pictures furthers research to identify current heritage roster and building zones useful in Identifying new methods to form new datasets. Archival data and City Officials provide new documentation to further support research tasks. Model data to be consolidated from a number of new sources as well as existing Survey Work.

Jennifer Nell Barr confirmed today the City of Victoria shall publish a four book series to support a new working plan.

FrostFire Pictures Tourism Victoria and Crown Publications enter into discussions to distribute New Published Maps. Tourism BC a Leader in dissemination of information and community participation initiates interest of FrostFire Pictures proposal to identify a New Scope covering maps annually. Distribution and availability to provide two models;

• One for Heritage and Non Profit Organizations

• One for Business Community; participating businesses and sponsors.

• Map Themes may include a Nautical Theme for a Summer time Tall Ship event in Q3 - June 2005.
